Cao Yonghu and his entourage Visit Junyuan Petroleum for Research and Guidance Work

On the morning of May 7, Cao Yonghu, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Yellow River Delta Agricultural High-tech Industrial Zone, led a team to Junyuan Petroleum for a special research on the progress of project construction and work safety.
Miao Guangfa, Chairman of the Group; Qi Chunxiao, General Manager of Junyuan Petroleum; Cui Zhiyuan, First Secretary Stationed at the Enterprise; Qiao Huijie, Deputy General Manager and Chief Safety Officer; Wei Fuchang, Deputy General Manager and Factory Director; Sun Peisheng, Chief Engineer and Chief Equipment Supervisor attended the research event.
At the central control room of Junyuan Petroleum, Cao Yonghu and his entourage conducted an on-site inspection of the enterprise’s work safety conditions. They learned in detail about production scheduling procedures, emergency response plans and their implementation. They fully affirmed Junyuan Petroleum’s measures to rigorously strengthen production control and firmly consolidate the safety defense line. Subsequently, the research team held a forum in the west meeting room on the first floor of the office building, engaging in in-depth exchanges focusing on project construction progress, bottlenecks and obstacles encountered in the advancement, as well as key priorities of work safety.
At the forum, Miao Guangfa extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to Cao Yonghu and his team for their visit and guidance. He delivered a detailed report on the current progress of the enterprise’s key projects, follow-up promotion plans, and the arrangement and implementation of work safety work. Cao Yonghu listened carefully to the report and had thorough discussions on details of project advancement and control of key milestones. He emphasized that as a key backbone enterprise within the zone, Junyuan Petroleum’s key projects serve as an important pillar for driving industrial transformation and upgrading and high-quality economic development of the Agricultural High-tech Zone. Work safety is the lifeline of an enterprise’s survival and development. The enterprise must always stay alert to work safety risks, resolutely hold the bottom line of safe development, and earnestly implement all work safety responsibilities.
After the forum, Cao Yonghu and his entourage visited the project site to study and resolve practical difficulties hindering project advancement. He urged the enterprise to scientifically coordinate project schedules, standardize construction procedures, and ensure safe, orderly and steady progress of project construction.
Taking this research and guidance visit as an opportunity, Junyuan Petroleum will further consolidate its primary responsibilities, refine work measures, accelerate project construction, take the initiative to communicate and coordinate with relevant government departments, and actively tackle bottlenecks and obstacles in project advancement to strive for early delivery and tangible results of the projects.
