On June 15, Guo Xinmin, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Shandong Yellow River Delta Agricultural High-tech Industrial Zone, and his entourage carried out a special research at Junyuan Petroleum, focusing on accelerating the progress of the enterprise’s project construction and gaining an in-depth understanding of its production and operation status.
Miao Guangfa, Chairman of the Group; Qi Chunxiao, General Manager of Junyuan Petroleum; Cui Zhiyuan, First Secretary Stationed at the Enterprise; Yu Rui, Deputy General Manager; and Chen Huimin, Manager of the General Affairs Office, attended the research.
The research forum was held in the meeting room of the Development Research Center on the second floor of Junyuan Petroleum Office Building. At the forum, government and enterprise representatives had in-depth exchanges and discussions centering on the progress of key project construction, bottlenecks hindering project implementation, and the enterprise’s long-term operation and development plans.
Miao Guangfa delivered a detailed report on the current construction status of the company’s projects, follow-up implementation plans and overall production and operation performance. He stated that the enterprise would closely track project construction targets, steadily advance the implementation of all tasks, and fully guarantee efficient project construction and sound corporate development.
Guo Xinmin listened carefully to the work report and conducted in-depth communication and targeted guidance with the enterprise’s management regarding the control of key project milestones, progress of formalities, and solutions to difficult problems.
He pointed out that as a key backbone enterprise within the Agricultural High-tech Zone, the construction and launch of Junyuan Petroleum’s projects play a vital role in optimizing the regional industrial structure, upgrading the industrial chain and advancing high-quality economic development. He hoped the enterprise would scientifically coordinate project schedules, refine management and control procedures, strictly observe the bottom line of work safety, and ensure steady progress of project construction.
